To
configure your client manually:
You
should have recieved an email from Outline Web Solutions
with your email settings:
As example below. If
you have lost the details please email us.

Username: webmaster+outlinewebsolutions.co.uk
Password: password |
Open Microsoft Outlook (We will be using
details above in this example.)

Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Accounts...' |

Click the 'Add' button, and then click 'Mail...' |

Enter your name in the 'Display name:' field,
e.g.'webmaster'
and Click the 'Next' button. |

Enter your full email address in the 'Email address:'
field,
e.g. 'webmaster@outlinewebsolutions.co.uk'
and Click the 'Next' button. |

Enter 'www.yourdomain.com' in the 'Incoming mail (POP3
or IMAP) server:' field.
e.g. www.outlinewebsolutions.co.uk
Enter your smtp settings (provided by your ISP) in the
'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:' field.
e.g. smtp.btinternet.com if you use btinternet
(click
for other examples)
and Click the 'Next' button. |

Enter 'Username' in the 'Account Name' field. e.g.
webmaster+outlinewebsolutions.co.uk
Enter 'Password' in the 'Password' field. e.g.
'password'
and Click the 'Next' button. |

Select the 'I will establish my Internet connection manually'
option,
and Click the 'Next' button. |

Click the 'Finish' button |
Congratulations!
You're configured your Email software to send and retrieve messages.
A
good test for this, is to send yourself an email.

Your ISP might request that you Authernticate your SMTP
